Common questions
How do I sign in?
Enter your email on the sign-in screen. If your organization uses Koru ID single sign-on, you’ll be sent there automatically; otherwise you’ll be asked for your password. Independent providers can create their own account with “Create an account” - if your practice already works with a credentialing team on Credentialed, ask them for an invite instead so your records stay connected.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link. If your account was set up by your credentialing team and you sign in through Koru ID, your credentialing team’s administrator can help with access.
How does license verification work?
Verifications are run directly against the issuing source - your state licensing board, the NPPES NPI registry, and federal exclusion lists. From the app you can request a fresh verification of your own license from the credential’s detail screen (once per day per license); the captured evidence appears with your documents.
How do expiration reminders work?
In the iOS app under Settings → Expiration notifications you choose the method (push, email, or both) and how far in advance you want to be reminded. You can change or turn these off at any time.
How do I delete my account?
In the iOS app: Settings → Delete account. Independent accounts are permanently purged, including uploaded documents. If your account is affiliated with a client organization, your sign-in identity is deleted while the organization retains its own compliance records - see the Privacy Policy for details. You can also request deletion by email.
Something looks wrong with my credential data.
You can edit your profile and credentials in the app. If a verification result looks incorrect, remember it mirrors the issuing authority’s records at the time of the check - if the source record itself is wrong, the issuing board is the place to correct it, but email us and we’re glad to help you sort out which it is.
Privacy and data requests
To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, email support@credentialed.health from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it’s handled.
